We've had fun "shadowing" Erin as an athlete at Regina High School. She is always a competitor and always has fun. And looks so good at the same time!

Nick & Courtney

Nick is off to Wyoming for the summer - to earn $$, connect with nature, and tame a baby grizzly bear to keep as a pet. Have fun, Nick! You'll definitely be missed in Iowa City!

Katelyn's Graduation

Back to Emmetsburg, Iowa, and my old high school,  for my niece's graduation last weekend.  

One of the nicest ones I can remember - great speeches (including one by Katelyn, Class Prez!) - amazing choir performances (can't get "He Aint Heavy..." out of my head!) - and the coolest graduation slide show ever!

I was out snapping some action shots of the Pilates studio last night.  This is not Pilates like I've ever seen it!  They have state-of-the-art machines that help you work out at your level (and desired level), in a vibrant room with soothing, inspirational instruction.
